We are a partnership of trial lawyers with extensive trial experience in all the courts of Upstate South Carolina. Two of our firm members are rated "AV" in Martindale-Hubbell (the nation's premier legal directory). One of our members is a lifetime member of the National Association of Criminal Lawyers. One is a former United States Attorney and another a former state prosecutor. We have over 60 years of combined experience with practice in all courts with emphasis in litigation in both criminal and civil courts including personal injury, workers' compensation, business law, eminent domain (condemnation), and domestic relations. We have unique experiences of having represented criminal defendants, civil plaintiffs, civil defendants, corporations, and average citizens in all the courts of the land.
